Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during a call, a notification or an alarm. On the Redmi 10A, it is usually located under the motherboard, in the inner metal frame. This compatible part is designed to replace the faulty vibrator of this model.
A vibrator fault is recognised by the absence of vibration while the sound works, or by a faint, irregular buzzing. Replacing it restores reliable tactile alerts, useful when the sound is muted or in noisy places.
Before you start, switch off the device and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean surface with a suitable screwdriver, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Do not bend the ribbon cables and do not force the connectors. After fitting, check the vibration on several notifications before fully closing the housing.
