Description
The vibrator, also called a vibration motor, is the small component that makes the phone vibrate during a call, a notification or tactile feedback. This compatible part is designed to replace the vibrator of the Redmi Note 13 when it stops responding or produces an abnormal noise.
Fitting involves removing the screen and the relevant flex cable, then replacing the old vibrator with the new one, taking care to respect its fitting direction. Before any intervention, switch off the device and disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit. Also protect the components against static electricity by working on a clean surface free of hair and dust.
After reassembly, check the vibrator's operation by testing several notifications and a call. Make sure the flex cable is properly clipped in and that the screen closes without play. If the battery was disconnected, one or two full charge cycles will confirm that everything works correctly.
