Description
The vibrator is the small motor that makes the phone vibrate during a call, a notification or a touch input. This compatible part is designed for the V20 model. It replaces the faulty vibrator when the device no longer vibrates, vibrates irregularly or makes an abnormal noise.
Before fitting, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery before touching the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface, away from static electricity, and keep the screws in a small container so you do not lose them. Handle the part carefully and avoid bending it.
After reassembly, check the vibrator's operation with several notifications and test calls. Also check that the other components are not loose and that the device does not overheat. If a swollen battery is found when opening the device, stop using it.
