Description

Keep the screws in a small tray, noting where each one goes, as they are not all the same length. Disconnect the battery before handling any ribbon cables, and never puncture or bend the lithium battery.

After reassembly, check that every component is held firmly, that no screw is protruding and that the front shows no play. Tighten without forcing, as a damaged thread is difficult to repair. Then switch the device on and check that the screen and connectors work properly.
