Description
This complete screw set is designed for the iPhone 8. It contains the small screws needed to reassemble the device after work on the screen, the battery or the motherboard. Each screw holds part of the chassis, a ribbon cable or an internal bracket: without them, some components may move, loosen or not sit securely.
This product is a compatible part, made by a third party. Before you start, check that you really have the iPhone 8 model, then compare each screw with those removed from the current part, storing them in removal order on a magnetic mat or a dish.
Before reassembly, disconnect the battery to avoid short circuits when working on the ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Tighten without forcing: an overtightened screw can damage the housing thread. After reassembly, visually check that each component is properly fixed before reconnecting the device.
