Description
The back glass is the glass panel that protects the rear of your smartphone. It covers the chassis and leaves the device's components visible, while providing protection against knocks and dust. This part is an original manufacturer part, or an official Service Pack part, specifically designed for the Honor X6b (2024).
A cracked, shattered or detached back glass can cut your hand, let dust in and weaken the inside of the phone. Replacing it restores a clean appearance and good handling of the device. This original part delivers performance and battery life identical to new, as it meets the model's specifications.
Before you start, switch off the device and work on a clean, clear surface. Gently warm the edge with a hairdryer on a moderate heat setting to soften the adhesive, then carefully lift the glass off. Disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables, and avoid static electricity by working with clean hands. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and do not use a phone whose battery is swollen.
Tips
- Switch off the device and disconnect the battery before any work
- Gently warm the edge on moderate heat to soften the adhesive
- Never puncture or bend the lithium battery
- Swollen battery: do not use the device and handle it with care
- Check watertightness and proper operation of the device after reassembly
