Description
The rear glass replaces the glass panel that protects the back of your iPhone 16 Plus. It helps keep the internal components safe from dust and knocks, and it carries the logo and the finish of the device. When it is cracked, scratched or shattered, it is advisable to replace it promptly so that glass fragments do not cut your fingers and moisture does not reach the inside.
This part is a third-party product compatible with the iPhone 16 Plus model. Before you start, switch the phone off completely, work on a clean surface and use suitable tools, with a tray to keep the screws in. Beware of static electricity and do not overheat the glass to loosen it. The battery is lithium: do not puncture it, do not bend it, and disconnect it before handling the ribbon cables. If the battery is swollen, stop using the device.
After fitting, check that the edges are sealed, that there is no play, and that the buttons and wireless charging work properly. If the previous part was glued, clean any adhesive residue carefully before fitting the new glass.
