Description
The rear glass is the glass panel that protects the back of your iPhone 5S. It covers the housing and leaves room for the device's components, such as the camera module and other internal parts. When it is cracked or broken, it should be replaced to stop dust, moisture or shards from getting into the phone.
This part is a compatible glass, made by a third-party manufacturer to fit the iPhone 5S model. It lets you repair the back of the device without using a part of another type. Before you start, switch off the phone, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace and have suitable tools to hand, notably suction cups and small screwdrivers. Work carefully so you do not damage the chassis or the internal ribbon cables.
Once the glass is fitted, check that it is firmly secured, with no play and no misalignment, then switch the device back on and test the operation of the fitted part. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it carefully. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and do not use a phone whose battery is swollen.

- Check the alignment and fixing before closing the phone again
