Description
This replacement rear glass is designed for the Nintendo Switch OLED console. It protects the back of the console and forms the visible part of the casing that surrounds the internal components. A damaged glass may show cracks, chips or a scratched surface, which weakens the casing and can affect how the console feels in your hands.
This part is a compatible premium, made by a high-end third-party manufacturer specialised in OLED screens. Its appearance is close to that of the current part. Before you start, switch off the console, unplug it and place it on a clean, flat surface. Work in a dry place at moderate temperature, and discharge static electricity by touching a metal surface. For the ribbon cables, always disconnect the battery first. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery; if it is swollen, do not try to power it on and stop using it.
Once the assembly is finished, check that the glass is firmly fixed, that it does not move and that no gap appears along the edges. Also check that the console starts properly and that the touch screen and buttons respond normally before closing it completely.
