The rear glass is the glass panel that protects the back of the phone and the components behind it, in particular the camera module. On a OnePlus Nord, this part is replaced when the glass is cracked, shattered or deeply scratched, which can also expose the internal parts to dust and moisture.

Before you start, switch off the phone, remove the battery if the procedure requires it and work on a clean, clear surface. Use suitable tools, such as a plastic spudger and a suction cup, so as not to damage the structure.
For a successful fitting, allow for new adhesive and check the alignment of the glass before fixing it. Avoid excessive heat to soften the glue, and never bend the battery. After reassembly, check that the camera module, buttons and charging are working properly.
