Description
This compatible rear glass replaces the glass back of your Huawei P8 Lite (2017). It protects the internal components and keeps the phone looking good. It is used to repair a cracked, scratched or broken rear glass, without touching the front screen.
Before you start, switch off the smartphone completely and disconnect the battery if your model allows it. Gently warm the edges with a hairdryer on a moderate heat setting to soften the adhesive, then lift the glass off with a suction cup and a flat plastic tool. Work on a clean surface and avoid static electricity by touching a metal surface before handling the components.
After fitting, check that the glass is firmly bonded and that no gaps remain along the edges. Test the buttons and the camera before closing the casing completely. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and stop using any device whose battery is swollen.
