Description
This compatible rear glass replaces the glass panel on the back of your Pixel smartphone. It protects the internal components and keeps the device looking its best. It is suitable when the rear glass is cracked, shattered or deeply scratched, which can also expose the internal parts to dust and moisture.
This is a third-party part, offered as a cost-effective alternative for repairing your device. Before you start, switch the smartphone off completely and disconnect the battery if your skill level allows. Work on a clean surface and use a suitable opening tool so as not to damage the frame. Do not drill, do not bend and do not expose the battery to excessive heat. If the battery is swollen, stop using it.
After fitting, check that the glass is correctly secured, with no play or misalignment, and that the side buttons respond normally. Carry out a few full charge cycles to check that everything works properly. Avoid static electricity when handling the components and keep the screws somewhere safe.
