Description
The back glass is the glass or plastic panel that protects the back of the phone. It covers the chassis, the battery and the internal components, and it contributes to the appearance of the device. This part, compatible with the Poco C65, lets you replace the current one when it is cracked, scratched or broken.
Replacement involves opening the back of the phone, removing the damaged glass and then fitting the new one with the suitable adhesive. This job requires patience and suitable tools, such as a suction cup, a plastic spudger and an opening tool. Before you start, make sure you have a clean, well-lit workspace.
Before any work, switch off the device and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables. Never puncture or bend the lithium battery, and stop using the device if the battery is swollen. Avoid excessive heat when lifting the glass and protect the components from static electricity. After reassembly, check the seal and adhesion of the glass before putting the phone back into service.
