Description
The back glass is the glass panel that protects the back of your smartphone. For the Poco M5, this compatible part replaces the current one when it is cracked, scratched or shattered. It restores a smooth surface and proper protection of the phone's interior against dust and moisture.
Before you start, switch off the device and disconnect the battery if the procedure requires it. Work on a clean, flat surface, using a plastic opening tool to avoid scratching the frame. Warm the edges lightly with a hair dryer on a moderate heat setting to soften the adhesive, and never overheat the phone.
After fitting, check that the glass is firmly attached, that there is no play or bubble under the glass, and that the side buttons respond normally. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it carefully. Avoid using the phone while charging during the first few hours.
