Description
The rear glass replaces the glass panel that protects the back of the phone and access to the inside. On a Redmi Note 13, it is used to repair a back that is cracked, shattered or deeply scratched, which can cut your hand or let dust and moisture in. This is a compatible part made by a third party: it is designed to fit the model, but its appearance and finish may differ slightly from the current part.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before any work on the ribbon cables. Use a plastic opening tool and a little moderate heat to soften the adhesive, and never force or bend the lithium battery. If the battery is swollen, do not continue: stop using it and handle it with care.
Once the glass is fitted, check that it is properly aligned, that the buttons and sensor areas are not obstructed, and that the seal is correct. After reassembly, switch the device back on, check charging and monitor the temperature during the first uses.
