Description
The front glass is the glass surface that protects the screen of your Galaxy Note 2 and makes the display touch-sensitive. This compatible part replaces the current glass when it is cracked, scratched or broken, which hinders reading or prevents the touchscreen from working.
This glass is manufactured by a third party and designed to fit the Galaxy Note 2 model. Before fitting, switch off the phone and disconnect the battery if your disassembly requires it. Work on a clean, flat surface, using a suitable tool to lift the current glass without forcing it. Mind static electricity: avoid touching components and ribbon cables unnecessarily.
After installation, check that the touchscreen responds across the whole surface, that the display is sharp and that there are no dead zones. Also check that the edges are sealed and that the glass is properly aligned before closing up. If the screen does not respond correctly, reconnect the ribbon cables and check their position.
