Description
The front glass is the glass part that covers the screen of your smartphone and lets you see the display and touch the screen. When it is cracked, scratched or broken, touch response can become less precise, and glass fragments can present a risk of cuts. This compatible glass is designed for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and is used to replace the damaged part.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace with a small suction cup, a suitable screwdriver set and a flat plastic tweezer. Switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before working on the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit. Work with precise movements, without forcing, and protect your hands from glass fragments. Also remember static electricity, which can damage electronic components.
After fitting, check that touch works across the whole surface, along with brightness and display quality, and that the edges are properly sealed. If the battery is swollen, stop using it and never puncture or bend it.
