DR Phone applies a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects. The invoice serves as proof. The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by a fall, an impact, oxidation, breakage or misuse.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment is confirmed, the device is prepared and then usually shipped within 3 to 7 business days, by tracked delivery (tracking number sent as soon as it ships). Can I return the phone?
