Description

This compatible screen replaces the display panel and touch glass of your iPhone 12. It is designed for the model references A2403, A2172, A2402 and A2404. It is used to replace a broken or cracked screen, a screen that no longer responds to touch, or one showing black areas or abnormal colours.

Before you start, switch the phone off completely and prepare a small screwdriver suited to Pentalobe screws, suction cups and a tray to store the screws. Disconnect the battery before touching any ribbon cables, and avoid static discharge by working on a clean surface. Gently warm the edges with a hair dryer on a moderate setting to loosen the glass without forcing it. Never pierce or bend the lithium battery, and stop using the phone if the battery is swollen.

Once assembly is finished, check the touch, brightness, proximity sensor and camera before closing the phone fully. For a new or reinstalled battery, carry out a few complete charge and discharge cycles for stable operation.
