Description
This compatible screen replaces the damaged panel of a MacBook Pro 13-inch, model A2159, released in 2019. It helps you recover a readable image after breakage, a crack or a faulty display. It notably fixes faults such as a black screen, dead pixels, lines or visible spots on the panel.
This is a third-party part, known as compatible, and not a part supplied by Apple. Before you start, switch off the computer, unplug the charger and work on a clean, clear surface. Discharge static electricity by touching an earthed metal surface. Disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, and never pierce or bend the lithium battery. If it is swollen, stop using it.
After fitting, check the display at startup, the brightness and the screen angles before closing the lid. If your computer has been unused for a long time, carry out a few full charge cycles to stabilise the power supply.
