Description
This replacement screen is a compatible part designed for the iPhone 15, identified by references A3090 and A2846. It is an OLED module made by a high-end third-party manufacturer, whose display rendering comes close to that of the current part. It is used to replace a cracked, broken or faulty display, with a touch panel and backlight that return to normal operation.
Before you begin, switch the phone off completely and disconnect the battery before handling the ribbon cables, to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, flat surface with an antistatic tool, and gently heat the edges with a suitable tool to release the glass without forcing it. Never puncture the battery, bend it or use it if it is swollen.
After fitting, check the display, brightness, touch response and Face ID recognition before fully closing the case. For a new or replaced battery, carry out a few complete charge cycles to optimise its behaviour.
