Description
This kit contains compatible screws for the iPhone 17e, in white. They are used to fix the internal components and covers during a repair or part replacement. A set of screws in good condition keeps the frame stable and prevents play or friction that could damage the components.
Before you start, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace, ideally with an anti-static mat. Use a screwdriver suited to small screws and note where each screw goes, storing them in a small tray or on a sheet so they do not get mixed up. Remove the current part carefully, without forcing it.
After fitting, check that all screws are tight without being overtightened, that the phone has no play, and that the parts sit back correctly. If the battery was disconnected, reconnect it with care. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and stop using any device whose battery is swollen.
Tips
- Store each screw according to its location to make reassembly easier
- Use a suitable screwdriver so you do not damage the screw heads
- Disconnect the battery before working on the ribbon cables
- Avoid static electricity by working on an anti-static mat
- Never force a screw tighter: an overtightened screw can crack the chassis
