Description
The charging IC iPhone 16 Plus (ref. 338S00843) is an electronic component that manages battery power when the device is plugged into the mains. It regulates the current and voltage sent to the battery so that it charges safely. When it fails, the device may stop charging, charge very slowly, switch off suddenly or overheat at the socket. This compatible part is offered to repair these faults on the iPhone 16 Plus, without targeting other devices.
Before you start, switch the device off completely and disconnect the battery to avoid any short circuit. Work on a clean, anti-static surface, with suitable tools and fine tweezers for handling the small components. Never puncture or bend a lithium battery, and do not use a swollen battery.
