Description
This IC chip, known as the Low Frequency Amplifier, is an integrated circuit designed for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is an electronic component that amplifies the low frequency signals present on the device's motherboard. When it is faulty, you may notice problems with sound or with certain functions that depend on these signals, and the cause is not always obvious at first glance.
This version is a compatible part, made by a third party. It replaces the current part at a lower cost, for people who want to repair their iPhone 13 Pro Max themselves. Before any work, disconnect the power, switch off the device and disconnect the battery. Work on a clean surface, with an anti-static station if possible, and avoid any direct contact with the pins.
After fitting, carefully check the solder joints under a microscope or with a magnifier, then test the operation before fully closing the device. If the battery is swollen, do not continue using it: do not puncture it, do not bend it and stop using it.
