Description
This NFC Control IC chip 30V4E0 is an integrated circuit that manages the contactless communication of the iPhone 16 Plus device. It is mainly used for NFC functions, such as contactless payment or reading badges, when these no longer respond. A fault in this chip often shows up as a missing, unstable or non-triggering NFC function.
This part is a compatible version, made by a third-party manufacturer. It lets you replace the faulty component at a lower cost, without being an original part. Before you start, switch off the device, disconnect the battery if your model allows it and work on a clean surface. Use an anti-static wrist strap or regularly touch a metal ground to avoid electrostatic discharges, which can damage components.
After fitting, switch the device back on and test the NFC function in several situations. Also check that the solder joint or fixing is clean and free of short circuits. If the battery has been handled, do not pierce or bend it. A swollen battery must no longer be used.
