Description
This Wi-Fi / Bluetooth chip is an electronic component designed for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It provides the device's wireless connection: Wi-Fi networks, pairing of Bluetooth accessories and data exchange with the rest of the board. When it is faulty, you may notice a loss of Wi-Fi connection, Bluetooth no longer being detected, or an antenna with no network while the device's other functions remain normal.
This is a compatible part made by a third-party manufacturer, offered as an affordable alternative for repairing the device. Before any work, switch off the device, disconnect the battery when the procedure requires it, and work on a clean, dry surface. Use an anti-static wrist strap or regularly touch a metal ground to prevent electrostatic discharges, which can damage the circuits. Heat the solder joints with care and for no longer than necessary so as not to damage the neighbouring tracks.
After reassembly, reconnect the battery, start the device and check Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and reception separately. If the device does not switch on, overheats abnormally or a battery is swollen, stop the work immediately and stop using the device.
