How to choose your Samsung Galaxy

Start by setting your budget, then compare the models available in that range. A more recent model generally receives Android and security updates for longer, which matters if you plan to keep it for several years.

Then choose the storage for your usage: photos, videos and apps take up space. The storage options offered for each model are shown on its page.

Finally, the grade (Premium, Excellent, Very good or Fair) only concerns the outward appearance: the essential functions are checked whatever the grade. For the same model and storage, the price may vary with the grade you choose.

What comes with every refurbished Samsung Galaxy

Every phone is checked by our technicians: screen, touch, buttons, charging, network, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cameras, microphone and speakers.

It is delivered with an invoice and covered by a 12-month DR Phone commercial warranty, in addition to the legal warranties. Returns possible within 30 days of receipt.

The battery is checked before preparation and guaranteed at a minimum of 80% of its original capacity. On certain models, a new battery can be added as an option (not offered in Premium condition).

SIM format and carrier

The SIM format (physical SIM card or eSIM) is shown for each offer. If you choose an eSIM version, check that your carrier can activate an eSIM on your plan.

Our phones are sold unlocked for all carriers, unless stated otherwise on the product page: they work with the carrier of your choice.

A model only appears if it is available right now and its lowest price falls within the range. If no model is available in a budget, the guide says so; availability changes with stock.

Is a refurbished Samsung Galaxy covered by a warranty?

Yes. DR Phone applies a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to the legal warranties (conformity, hidden defects). The invoice serves as proof.

Which grade should I choose to pay less?

The grade only describes the cosmetic appearance. For the same model and storage, the price may vary with the grade: Fair lets you prioritise price, Premium gives a close-to-new appearance. The essential functions are checked whatever the grade.
