This IC chip, referenced U9100 and designated as the LCD display management circuit, is an electronic component designed to control the power and signals needed for the screen to operate. It is listed as compatible with iPhone 13. When a screen stays black, shows lines, flickers or no longer switches on although the front looks intact, this type of circuit may be the cause, but you should first check the ribbon cable, the connectors and the power supply to rule out other possible causes.
