Frequently asked questions
What do the Premium, Excellent, Very good and Fair conditions mean?
They only describe the cosmetic appearance: Premium (close to new), Excellent (micro-marks possible), Very good (light marks, no cracks) and Fair (scratches or small dents possible, no structural cracks). The essential functions are checked before preparation, whatever the condition.
Is the battery checked?
Yes, the battery is checked before preparation and guaranteed at a minimum of 80% of its original capacity. On certain refurbished models, a new battery can be added as an option before ordering, when it is available for the chosen variant (not offered in Premium condition).
What warranty do I get?
DR Phone applies a 12-month commercial warranty, in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects. The invoice serves as proof. The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by a fall, an impact, oxidation, breakage or misuse.
How long does delivery take?
Once payment is confirmed, the device is prepared and then usually shipped within 3 to 4 business days, by tracked delivery (tracking number sent as soon as it ships). Is the phone unlocked for all carriers?
Yes. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus devices offered here are unlocked for all carriers: they work with the carrier of your choice.
Can I return the phone?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason (except legal exceptions). Return costs are your responsibility; the refund, including the initial delivery costs at the standard rate, is made to the payment method used, within 14 days of your withdrawal request at the latest; it may be withheld until the product is received or proof of its return is provided.
