Description
This kit contains compatible screws for the iPhone 7, in pink. They are used to secure the internal components of the device, such as the board, the back cover or certain brackets, once the part has been replaced. A screw that is over-tightened or badly positioned can cause play, a faulty connection or noise during use, which is why it is worth identifying them carefully before fitting.
Before you begin, prepare a clean, well-lit workspace, with a mat or tray to sort the screws by position. Take a photo at each stage of disassembly so you can find your way back during reassembly. Use a suitable screwdriver, without forcing it, and avoid static electricity by working on a non-conductive surface.
Once fitting is complete, check that every screw is in place, neither too tight nor loose, and that nothing moves. Then test the device to make sure it works before closing it up fully. If a screw looks damaged or does not turn properly, do not force it.
