Description
This kit contains the screws needed to close and secure the various components of an iPhone 7 Plus during a repair. These are compatible screws, made by a third-party manufacturer, which replace the screws removed when opening the phone. They are used in particular to fix the logic board, the battery, the screen and the internal connectors. A set of screws in good condition keeps the assembly stable and prevents play that could weaken the phone.
Before you start, prepare a screwdriver suited to the size of the screws and a tray to store each screw in the order you remove it. Work on a clean, well-lit surface and use an anti-static wristband if possible. Disconnect the battery before handling the internal ribbon cables.
After reassembly, check that no screw is loose and that each screw goes in without forcing. Never tighten too hard, as this may damage the thread. Then check the device works properly before fully closing it up.
